Individual Counselling

Service Description

Once you have made contact us with us, we will send you a client pack to complete and return. This is for you to provide your personal, medical details and reasons for seeking counselling. We will then schedule you for a first assessment session. This aims to identify what you hope to gain from counselling which helps to give something to work towards in our future sessions. We take a genuine interest in your concerns and provide highest level of confidential care. Each session lasts about 50 minutes and we are located in central area. We may consider an alternative venue on a case-by-case basis. Please Email Us.

Cancelation Policy

Please kindly send us a separate email to hello@tlhcounselling.com in case we miss your online booking request. Please note that all bookings are confirmed only upon reply from The Lighthouse Counselling. For cancellations, please contact us 48 hours before in order to avoid being charged.
