Online Counselling with Belinda

Service Description

We understand that you may have a busy schedule and cannot make time to meet us in person. We do provide online sessions via video conferencing platforms like Zoom or any other tools that you are familiar with. Similar to our face-to-face sessions, you will expect to complete and return a client pack before we schedule a first assessment session online. Ongoing sessions will be scheduled at your convenience and we look to continue working towards understanding your concerns and achieving goals that you have in your mind. Each session lasts about 50 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly send us a separate email to hello@tlhcounselling.com in case we miss your online booking request. Please note that all bookings are confirmed only upon reply from The Lighthouse Counselling. For cancellations, please contact us 48 hours before in order to avoid being charged.
